Pixsy serves the candidates/opportunities to claim compensation for unauthorized use on a silver platter; I just need to pick them. Plus, they take full care of all communication and negotiation with affected parties. Without Pixsy, I'd probably not take action, even if I was aware of misuse, because effort and cost would be too high. As a hobbyist, with Pixsy by my side, I'd wish there would be more sites out there using my work in unauthorized manner and commercial context 🙂

My photo was being used by a business without permission or payment. Pixsy resolved this issue and the business paid a fee. I received a payment of 50%, of the fee, with the remainder going to Pixsy. They did not charge for this service. This is my first case with Pixsy and I'm satisfied with the result.

Once again Pixsy has recovered royalties from a photo of mine that was appropriated. The infringing company is based in Australia and without Pixy's diligence I would never have found the theft of my intellectual property or been able to pursue payment. I had been using Pixsy for a few years for monitoring when they extended their jurisdictions to include my country.
